Our friend Valerie Sargent created this mediation to bring inner peace to our current state of being. Tips for Listening: Find a quiet spot in the house with dim lighting. Get into a comfortable seated position, so you don’t fall asleep. Hypnosis is merely going from a beta state into a theta state. Try to relax and let go of any attempts of control. As long as you’re listening, your subconscious will take direction and absorb the information. Have a notebook and pen nearby in case you want to write down what comes up during your meditation. There’s no wrong way to do this, so relax and enjoy it.
