Lynsie is a dedicated teacher and student of yoga. Her approach focuses on weaving the body, breath and mind together as leverage to access a deeper connection to spirit & our innate potential.
She is a certified yoga, meditation, and ParaYoga Nidra teacher within the Tantra & Sri Vidya lineage. She also holds a BA in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and is a certified NASM personal trainer, Assisted Thai Yoga Body Worker.
This class is open to all levels.
